Personal Practices

"As we provide a brisk cup of tea on a cold morning, flowers for the shrine, nutritious food, medical expenses, we open our hearts. We wish for the nuns to have the basic needs, food and drink, decent accommodation, a proper place and the means to continue their dedicated practices.
We reach out from our innate ability to connect with others; and each sustaining gesture helps keep Tibetan nuns, as well as their noble tradition, alive in today's world. Step by step, together we can make a difference."
